Hospital onboarding

Know your patient before they sit down.

QueroCura for Hospitals connects your clinic, hospital or lab to the people you treat, with their permission, every time. See the vitals, medicines and results they choose to share. Write visits and results back to their record. No more retyping histories, no more lost paper.

How it works

From application to first patient in four steps

1

Apply

Tell us who you are and give a registration or licence number. It takes five minutes. You can sign in straight away to finish setting up.

2

We verify you

Our team checks every organisation before it can reach any patient. You'll get an e-mail the moment you're approved.

3

Connect with consent

The patient reads a one-time code at your front desk, or approves a request you send. They pick what you can see and for how long.

4

Care together

Open the chart, add notes, prescriptions and vitals back to the patient's account, and invite your whole team with the right role for each person.

Built to be trusted

Designed so patients can say yes

The patient decides

Each connection has chosen sections, an end date and an off switch. Everything ends by itself, and patients can end it sooner.

Only what's needed

Roles keep people to their job: doctors read and write, nurses add vitals and notes, front desk connects patients but sees no clinical data.

Two-step sign-in

Staff sign in with a password and an authenticator app. Sessions end after 20 idle minutes and can be signed out everywhere in one tap.

A log nobody can edit

Every request, view and record is written to a hash-chained audit log. The patient sees it too.

Emergency, carefully

If a patient switched it on, a verified doctor can open a 2-hour, read-only essentials view with a written reason. The patient is told straight away.

Encrypted records

Anything you write to a patient's account is encrypted at rest and belongs to them, including the right to delete it.

Questions

Good things to ask

Can we see a patient's data without asking them?

No. The only exception is emergency access, which exists only for patients who turned it on, shows a short essentials view for two hours, needs a written reason from a doctor, and tells the patient immediately.

What does it cost?

We're onboarding our first hospitals now. Get in touch from the contact section on our home page and we'll talk.

What can patients share with us?

They pick from: basics and allergies, vitals, medicines, lab results, scan reports and recent symptom checks. Only results the patient confirmed are shown.

Do you replace our hospital system?

No. This sits next to it. You see what the patient shares and can write notes, prescriptions and vitals back to them.

Who can see what at our hospital?

Administrators manage the team. Doctors read and write. Nurses read and add vitals and notes. Front-desk staff connect patients but see no clinical data.
